Tofu Chorizo

Tofu Chorizo

Ingredients:

  • 1 block (270g) firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6 sundrieed tomatoes, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190C
  2. Crumble the tofu into a bowl and add all the other ingredients except the sundried tomatoes. Mix well.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, stir and mix regularly.
  4. Mix in the sundried tomatoes.
